Pre post swimming 🏊 skin care
* use moisturizer that contain glycerin ,oil or petrolatum on your skin before and after swimming.
*use waterproof sunscreen or physical sunscreen 15min before getting into pool.
*wear well fitted swimming glasses.
*protect your hair with swimming cap.
*After swimming 🏊‍♂️ take shower 🚿 and apply thick moisture.. as chlorine can dry your skin.
*avoid swimming 🏊‍♀️ between 9am to 4pm.
