The Existential approach is based on individuality.
The approach emphasizes that a person is ultimately responsible for their own happiness.

We are born, and the only thing promised to us after conception is death.
The idea that the only thing promised after our conception is death, is a fact.

Death is not supposed to make us scared but help us realize that there is no fountain of youth and we should live life to our liking.
Not all of us are born under the best circumstances (poverty, family, political philosophy in the region) but we can all make a series of choices or actions to reach our goals.

The theory of brain lateralization is endowed with myths and neurobobobas. Since Howard Gardner's pioneering work in 1983 - Frames of Mind: Theory of Multiple Intelligences - his basic concepts have been misrepresented culminating in the fallacious theory that the right brain is creative and the left brain is analytical.

Studies suggest that our brain cannot be classified as "left" or "right" as a global property. Brain lateralization is a property of individual nodes or local subnets connected with the entire brain. Domains such as emotion, creativity, calculus, abstraction, language, praxis, etc. are phenomena that arise from individual nodes or local subnets in large-scale distributed processing by means of time-space coding brilliantly described by Hebb, Buzsaki, Nicolelis among others, besides studies with functional Neuroimaging.
