Below is an calculation easy to follow
So if you see a 70kg person with no activity can consume up to 70-210grams ..
******^^^ Now this clearly shows when we eat more we gain and most of us eat more in form of cakes , breads , more chappatis , more bhakris, more rice ….
Eat whatever form of carb but keep it in recommended doses as per your body weight … for a 70kg person to reach desired weight 60 kg a simple rule would be 3*60=180 gram he can include in his diet
So next time don’t give up on carbs use Maths …

*REMEMBER IT IS TEASPOON
Oils , ghees and sugars are always better sparingly and measured in teaspoon not tablespoons if you want to consume without inviting any health issues
