Before You Choose a Human Pharma Supplier, Read This
Over the past few years, I have seen healthcare importers lose time, money, and trust because they picked the wrong pharma partner.
It usually happens because of avoidable mistakes. Things that seem small at first often cost big later.
If you are in this space, here are five things worth checking before you lock in a supplier:
1. Regulatory Compliance
Ask for WHO-GMP or EU-GMP certifications. If they hesitate, walk away.
2. Transparency in Sourcing
You should always know which manufacturer your products come from. There should never be second-guessing.
3. Product Registration Support
Need help with product dossiers or regulatory submissions? Make sure your supplier is ready to support you.
4. Consistent Supply and Lead Times
Ask: What is your average lead time? How do you handle delays? If there is no clear answer, that is a red flag.
5. After-Sales Service
Good suppliers disappear after shipping. Great ones stay in touch, solve problems, and help you grow.
At Progene Pharma, this is how we operate. It is not about one shipment. It is about building something long-term.
