In classrooms around the world, countless young minds brim with untapped potential, waiting to be discovered and nurtured. Yet, the process of talent discovery in schools and it’s potential is far from straightforward. The biases and limitations inherent in current educational systems often mean that talent identification is skewed towards those who fit specific molds, typically advantaged by their socio-economic status and cultural background.
