History of 100+ Glorious Years Established by late ShriJairamdassAggarwal in the year 1875 to trade in HERBAL and SPICES then later his son Late ShriKhushiramAggarwal took over the rein of business with earnest aim to achieve excellence in the vast field of Ayurveda. ShriHaridassKhushiramAggarwal entered into business in the year 1953 & started import & export activities. With a vast ancestral knowledge of the trade, Mr. SanjivHaridassAggarwal entered into business activities in 1975 & promoted the export trade. Now his sons SonaalAggarwal&AnkitAggarwal are in trade & are growing many fold establishing their own Raw Material Processing Unit, Cold storage and Extraction Unit meeting the requirements of Medicinal Herbs, Botanical Extracts, Herbal Teas, Spices, Oils, Oleoresin and Phytochemicals Now, it is an institution of incomparable ethical values, ever striving to promote scientific approach in the field of herbal products and to improve the quality of business and life. R&D Research & Development is the back bone of our industry. Our R & D facility has all necessary equipment’s for the identification of new active principles and the development of innovative extraction and purification systems. We have a full-fledged pilot scale unit to study the new herbs, phytochemicals, spices and essential oils. All parameters of the manufacturing processes are carefully studied and documented in the pilot scale trials. Our R & D and production team validate the manufacturing process as per ICH guidelines. MANUFACTURING The manufacturing facility is situated in Pithampur, near Indore, Madhya Pradesh in a 3acre plot. It is fully equipped with the state –of-the art machinery like rotary extractor, falling film evaporator, reactor, spray dryer, Vacuum Tray Dryer , Fluidized Bed Dryer etc. This facility can process 1000 - 2000 MT of raw herbs per year. The finishing operations are carried out in clean room under class 1,00,000 to deliver quality products. Our global R.M. sourcing network is designed to source the best quality raw materials at the right time, at a highly competitive price. We have a well equipped raw herb processing unit and a spacious refrigerated ware house to ensure the quality of the input. The vast experience and expertise of our production team ensures that the production processes and the products meet market- specific regulations worldwide and strictly conforms to various customer- specific requirements. QA Our quality control laboratory is well equipped with all sophisticated instruments like HPLC, G.C.,UV etc. We have a team of talented and dedicated chemists who excel in production and quality control activities. They ensure that each batch dispatched from S.A. Herbal Bioactives LLP meets the highest quality standards. All analytical methods for Assay, Impurity Profile and Residual Solvents are validated.Stability studies are conducted for all our products. We follow cGMP in our manufacturing activities. A microbiological laboratory is maintained to ensure that the final product complies with International Standards.
