A 28-year-old woman with Type 3 Von Willebrand disease—one of the rarest bleeding disorders in the world—safely delivered her baby at Kokilaben Hospital, Navi Mumbai. This extraordinary achievement was made possible with the expertise of Dr. Kunal Goyal, ICTC Hematologist, who meticulously managed her bleeding risks during pregnancy and childbirth.

Type 3 Von Willebrand disease affects fewer than 1 in 1,000,000 women, making this a highly challenging case. Dr. Kunal’s precise treatment plan ensured the mother and baby remained safe throughout this life-threatening journey.
