During business trip, on 17Aug22, PRADI Chemica proprietor Rtn Dr Balu Uphade of RC Link Town, Airoli visited the RC Osmanabad (Dharashiv) to observe & appreciate the wonderful work 105 Rotarians of RC Osmanabad doing. Since 2006, the Rotary EYE Hospital run by the Trust (run by RC Osmanabad) has done over 23300 eye operations of which over 10579 were done for FREE. Hatsoff to their efforts in SERVING THE HUMANITY!

Link Town Airoli Rotary Club felicitated social crusader and the Mother of Orphan Mrs Sindhutai Sapkal in Airoli on winning THE ONE Humanitarian award with the cash prize of US $ 100K (Rs 68 lakh) & a memento. Our club was fortunate to nominate Mai for the coveted award. Over 300 residents of Airoli and invitees from Thane & Navi Mumbai attended the felicitation function & had dinner with Mai. The felicitation was held at Maharashtra Seva Sangh, Airoli at the hands of DG Rtn Dr Ashes Ganguly & PDG Rtn Madhukar Deodhar ji in the august presence of Mrs Deodhar, DS Dr Jaydip Sensarma, AG Rtn Premkumar, club president Rtn Dr Balu Uphade & club members from Link Town Airoli and several Rotary clubs of district 3142.
