Yogacharya V Chandrasekhar is a Counselling Psychologist and Wellness Yoga Therapist with 25+ years experience, besides he has technical educational back ground of Masters in Psychology Msc(Psychology), Post graduate Diploma in Guidance & Counselling(PGDGC), Diploma in Yoga and Diploma in Physiotherapy. Present he is available for consultations both offline and online mode with pre phone appointment. Yoga Wellness: - Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Power yoga and Artistic/Sports Yoga - Yoga asanas - Pranayama(Breathing exercises), Meditation, Yoga Nidra(Deep relaxation) & Mudras – Bandas.
