🌞✨ A Heart Full of Joy at the Summer Yoga Camp! ✨🌞

Today, I had the absolute delight of connecting with a bunch of bright, curious little yogis at the District Library, Stonehousepet, Nellore 💛

Their enthusiasm was contagious! With just verbal cues, they flowed into each pose with such innocence, curiosity, and joy. 🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️

I found myself smiling ear to ear, not just as a Yoga Therapist, but as someone who was pulled into the magic of childhood all over again. I wanted to jump into every asana with them—filled with laughter, wonder, and playfulness!

Thank you to the District Library team for this wonderful opportunity to guide and grow with these amazing children as part of the Summer Yoga Camp. 🌈
