Congenital Torticollis – Successful Correction

6-year-old boy with right-sided congenital torticollis since birth
➡️ Chin & eyes deviated to left
➡️ Neck tilted to right

After failure of conservative treatment, unipolar release of the sternocleidomastoid muscle with release of fibrotic bands was performed.

✅ Full correction achieved on table
✅ No visible deformity now
✅ Minimal pain
✅ Happy & comfortable child
