Many foods in our diet help to do that
Foods which are high in omega 3fatty acids like seeds and nuts,fish oil,fatty fish,olive oil are helpful.
Foods high in fiber and protein, especially plant protein like legumes and lentils oats are helpful too.Fiber sources like Isabgol or psyllium husk and wheat bran are advisable
