On behalf of the Tibetan Cancer Society, we wish everyone a peaceful Losar. This year, as we welcome the New Year, we do so with heavy hearts following the passing of Ngari Rinpoche Tenzin Choegyal La, whose life and guidance meant so much to many. In his honour, Losar is being observed in a quiet and reflective spirit. We offer our prayers for his peaceful rest and wish that the year ahead brings healing, hope, and strength to all. On this meaningful day, we extend our deepest thanks to Delhi State Cancer Institute and its Director Dr Vinod Kumar ji, along with the entire DSCI team, for their warmth, collaboration, and commitment that made this possible. Our sincere appreciation to our generous supporters Tsering Foundation, Jacqueline Tsering la, Gen Dorjee Gyaltsen la, Singapore Dharma Group (Mayng la), Tashi Yangtso Family, Dungchenpa Tenzin Dhondup, and Dawa Dhargyal Tsang.

World Cancer Day | 4 February

On World Cancer Day, Tibetan Cancer Society is planning a small support initiative at Delhi State Cancer Institute for pediatric cancer patients and healthcare staff.

The purpose of this initiative is to bring comfort to children undergoing cancer treatment, thank doctors, nurses, and hospital staff for their dedicated service, and redecorate the pediatric game room to make it more warm and child friendly.

We are requesting donations of any amount to help us with:
• Toys and small gifts for children
• Appreciation items for healthcare staff
• Redecoration of the pediatric game room

All donations will be used only for this initiative, and a brief update will be shared after completion.

Your support, in any amount, can help improve the experience of children fighting cancer.
