Everyone talks about diet, but mindful eating? That's the real secret!

Portion size matters and for a healthy adult, the daily portion should look like this:

Salt – up to 1 tsp
Keep it low to protect your heart and blood pressure.
Sugar – about 2 tsp
Cut down hidden sugars in tea, sweets, and snacks.
Oil – around 1-2 tsp
Use cold-pressed oils, avoid deep-frying, and rotate between groundnut, mustard, and sesame.
