Muscle Beach Gym is a new venture by Amit Lohiya, who has more than 12 years of experience in the field of Fitness. The gym was launched on 20th January, 2015 & was inaugurated by the Chief Guest of the event Mr. Bhram Singh Tanwar, MLA Chattarpur. Muscle Beach Gym is one of its kind in & around Mehrauli, where every kind of workout has a different section. Its a 3 floor gym, where first floor is dedicated to cardio training, second floor is for only weight training, & at the third floor there is a yoga studio. There's also very nicely designed Steam & Shower at the first floor. We have well certified gym & yoga trainers, who are specialized in designing the workout routine & diet plans according to each client's requirement. We have three packages here, for gym & yoga separately, which are monthly, quaterly, & yearly. In Gym membership, no matter what membership plan you opt for, you will get the following facilities in a month:
1) Cardio Training;
2) Weight Training;
3) 8 Sessions of Steam & Shower (Twice a Week);
4) 4 Complimentary Sessions of Yoga (Once a week on weekends)
5) A Diet Plan. On enrolling for Yoga Classes, for any package you choose, you get the following facilities in a month:
1) 20 Yoga Sessions of an hour (5 a week, Mon-Fri); &
