One of the proudest moment of my life was last night winning the 2018 Mr Olympia. This moment was even more special because my family was on stage with me to celebrate with me. Through thick and thin, defeats, drain, tired pain and struggle, they are always by my side. This sport will break you at times. Your support system has to be strong day in day out. Seeing the look on my daughters face brings me to my knees. Watching tears of joy rolling down her cheeks makes my heart smile. Love my babes. Thank you for having my back loves.

Shut up and train... I meet different people almost every day and they all have some different stories in regards to making time for work out... We all have the same 24 hours...its us only who can either utilize it or waste it... Moving to the people who are in MNCs and have 10 hours shifts and 3-4 hours of travelling time.. Trust me its all about priorities.. I am training a guy who has the same schedule however he is still crushing the iron without making any excuse and let me tell you his age is close to 40.. Will post his transformation soon.. On the other hand same set of people. Quit younger. 22-25 ... But what they have is just excuses and not making time for diet... Conclusions - shut up and burn your excuses.. Invest in yourself instead paying heavy medical bills....
