✨ “Adopt the pace of nature: her secret is patience.” – Emerson
Little pauses in green, water, and quiet. A cup of tea at dusk. Just slowing down enough to breathe. 🌿
Grateful for these simple resets. How do you unwind?

Yesterday, I was part something extraordinary - the graduation of the batch of from the Fellowship Program. As I sat in the convocation hall, watching these young women receive their recognition, I couldn’t help but feel so emotional, filled with profound gratitude for being even a small part of this transformative movement. Thank you KARM 🙏
KARM is such an empowering vision brought to life by Radhika Bharat Ram and so brilliantly stewarded by Vinita Johorey. It stands as a beacon for gender equity, creating pathways for young women to truly thrive beyond academics.
Its ideology of itforward allows these to not just receive support; but embrace the philosophy of lifting others as they rise. Sakshi () and her peers now carry not only academic credentials but also the powerful human skills that will distinguish them in their journeys ahead.
The inspiring address by Dr. (DG Police, Retd.) left us all in awe. Her remarkable journey of determination in the Indian Police Service – at a time when she chose a path “not meant for women” and then rising to the highest echelons despite all odds – embodied the very spirit KARM seeks to instil. Her words, “𝘒𝘰𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘴𝘩 𝘬𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘭𝘰𝘯 𝘬𝘪 𝘬𝘢𝘣𝘩𝘪 𝘩𝘢𝘢𝘳 𝘯𝘢𝘩𝘪𝘯 𝘩𝘰𝘵𝘪” (Those who persevere never truly lose), resonated deeply throughout the hall.
My dear Sakshi and all her peers: Your journeys inspire us more than you know. We believe wholeheartedly in your potential, and trust that you will responsibly elevate others as you have been elevated. Live with conviction, embrace continuous learning, and embody the vision that brought you here.
Dear parents and families: You are raising powerful young women who will reshape our society. The pride in your eyes today speaks volumes about the strength of your support.
As a mentor, my door remains forever open – for discussions, heart-to-hearts, and to celebrate your future triumphs. This isn’t goodbye; it’s the beginning of a new chapter in our shared story. 💖

As we enter February, I reminisce the completion of last year and beginning of 2025 with a memorable winter trip to Croatia. The icy winter in Plitvice in all its sub zero glory…everything fairytale white covered in snow. Loved walking above and around the lakes in the National Park soaking in nature’s bountiful beauty. Dubrovnik brought alive the Game of Thrones experience. The fort, the city walls, the sea…breathtaking! King’s Landing, the Red Keep, The House of Undying all wrapped up. Of course the steps going up and down the town tested our physical fitness daily but we survived and came away with precious memories. Split up next allowed an easy pace that comes with a quaint old town. Enjoyed the relaxed couple of days here exploring this Dalmation seaside city. Final destination, the capital Zagreb. Walked around the city taking in views of the medieval towers, cathedrals, Baroque style buildings, cafés and open air markets.
All in all a special trip to start 2025 with

As we celebrate our 75th Republic Day, I invite you to reflect on what freedom means to you.
Freedom does not only represent political or legal constructs. Freedom is a cherished value, helping us flourish, grow and become what we are.
Being free means having the ability to express yourself authentically and honestly.
Being free means you are able to hold diverse views and to make up your own mind.
Being free means you are able to provide constructive criticism candidly.
Being free means you are not afraid of being judged by others or yourself.
At its core, freedom of mind and thought is paramount to the health and wellbeing of human beings. While our collective environment decides political freedom at large, it is an enduring and heartfelt journey deep within us that sets us frees us from fear, anger, and sorrow.
This Republic Day, let us accept ourselves wholly, and forgive ourselves for judging, for belittling ourselves ever so often, and fearlessly believe in ourselves, giving ourselves every chance we so earnestly deserve.
Happy Republic Day!

As we bid goodbye to a year, a common thought amongst a lot of us is about the things that we could have done, achieved, or ignored. The feelings of loss, sadness, and regret are omnipresent. The idea that I’m not good enough, I did not work hard, and I simply wasted my potential are plenty.
But the beauty of human life is our potential to turn around anytime.
As we embark on a new year, I invite you to think about hope. The things you can do, the person you can become, and the places you can go. Hope is the little steps of increment you take every day. Hope is accepting your negative shade and still believing in yourself. Hope is knowing you are struggling and still moving forward. Hope is showing up again when you have been inconsistent.
It’s not a call to become delusional and fake positivity. You will have to do the hard work. You will have to look at things that didn’t work, find the why and the solution. You will have to face the emotions you do not like. Work around with your unhealthy patterns that sabotage you.
But the end result will be beautiful. You will do and feel better. Even if the end result is not achieved, you will come closer. Closer to your inner world, to your spiritual side, closer to your income goals, and relationships.
We will again embark on a new year, this time, quiet joyfully!

With the festive season upon us, let’s take the opportunity to get to know ourselves with awareness, a little more. Knowingly operating from a place where truth is paramount and the only way to win.
How do you find your own truth?
How do you tune in and own your
authenticity?
Being authentic means an alignment between your inner values and character where you disengage from the urge to fit in. You do not allow your family, friends, colleagues to dictate or influence how you should act or respond. You feel free to give your honest opinions and be vulnerable. You become an authentic person when you act in accordance with your core values and beliefs.
Authenticity oozes confidence and high self-esteem. It does wonders for your mental health. The top 3 ways to remain true to yourself:
Develop self-awareness:
Becoming self-aware means thinking clearly about what motivates you to react in a particular way. How has your childhood, upbringing, studies, and other environment influenced your behavior? Developing this self-awareness is the first step towards acknowledging your true self.
Listen to your intuition:
Your inner voice always guides you in alignment with your core values and beliefs. Your gut knows what is right and wrong for you. Learn to trust and listen to your intuition.
Be honest:
Lastly, honesty is the core feature of being authentic. Even when you are trying to develop self-awareness, you need to answer yourself honestly. Being authentic also means you have the ability to say ‘I don’t know’ when you don’t have the required knowledge and say ‘no’ when you cannot agree to do something.
It takes courage to learn how to be yourself truly. Authenticity removes uncertainty and ingenuity and allows room for being steady and assured. It expands you like nothing else ✨
