Why fruit/ vegetable smoothie is better than a juice :

In a smoothie the fiber content is not lost.

Easy smoothie recipe!!
1- 1 banana
2-1/2 pomegranate
3- 1/2 beetroot
4- 3-4 basil leaves
5- 1-2 teaspoon chia seeds.

Blend all in a blender/ mixie. Can add one teaspoon of honey or a piece of jaggery. Add crushed ice if want it cold.

Diet for Working Women
We all know how difficult it is to follow a healthy diet when we are juggling between managing our personal and professional life.
Instead of counting calories, eat right!

Here is a sample diet for two days

Day 1
Before breakfast- tulsi pani (Basil)
Breakfast- 1 stuffed roti (stuffed with onion or mooli or methi) + green chutney + Green tea or Herbal tea

11 am- 1 fruit
12 pm - salads

Lunch ( 1-2 pm )- 2 bran roti ( 1/2 bran + 1/2 atta ) + vegs + 1 katori of dal + salad+ 1/2 katori of curd

Evening ( 5 pm ) - fruit smoothie

Dinner ( 7- 8 pm ) - paneer/chicken + vegs + salad.

Day 2

Before breakfast-amla pani ( Indian Goose Berry) / lemon water

Breakfast- poha + fruits+ black tea / black coffee
11 am : 1 fruit
12pm - salads

Lunch- 2 missi roti + vegs+ salad

Evening tea - fruits

Dinner- 1 katori of moong dal + vegs + salad.
