Eat and loose
Dosa is a universally loved dish from Tamil Nadu made from rice and lentils. Try this exciting new recipe!
PALAK OATS MOONG DAAL DOSA
INGREDIENTS
2 bunches of Palak/spinach
1 cup moong daal
1 cup ground oats powder
4 green chillies
1 cup finely chopped onions
1 bunch coriander
Few curry leaves
Salt to taste
METHOD
Wash and soak the moong daal for four hours.
Grind one cup of oats to fine powder
Finely chop coriander and spinach. Keep aside.
Add green chillies,salt,curry leaves to the drained moong daal. Grind this to a smooth paste . Add the oats powder to the last grind and make the batter smooth.
Add the chopped onions, coriander and spinach to the batter .
Heat a dosa tava or pan.
Pour one big table spoon of the batter on the pan.
Quickly spread the batter outwards to the edge of the pan
