Highlights of my story:
✅ Struggled with morbid obesity for nearly a decade, hitting 105 kg in 9th grade.
✅ Childhood was active, but increasing weight messed with my confidence in my teenage years.
✅ I turned to food for comfort in all emotions.
✅ Wake-up call during a challenging trek in 2019: struggled with physical limitations such as breathlessness.
✅ Trek became a turning point, prompting me to overcome weight barriers.
✅ Started my fitness journey with Dr Pooja Vohra coping with stress through binge eating.
✅ Experienced anxiety and panic attacks and breathlessness with minimal exertion.
✅ Progress made: abandoned binge eating, no medical issues.
✅ I'm still not where I want to be, but I'm also not where I used to be.
✅ Grateful to Dr Pooja Vohra for unwavering encouragement, patience, and belief
