On International Yoga Day, individual from all walks of life came together to participate in yoga sessions, workshops and events, highlighting the inclusive nature of yoga.

It was an immense pleasure teaching yoga to the BRO (Border Road Organisation) Director General Lt. Gen. Raghu Srinivasan and other officials on this yoga day.

Felt honoured when officials took a pledge to include yoga in their daily routine and encourage others too.

On this auspicious occasion of 9th International Day of Yoga, we had the privilege of celebrating it with over 160 members of BRO HEADQUARTERS In the presence of Director General Mr. Rajeev Chaudhary.

Later on the celebration continued with my Apexian Yoga Family.
Absolutely loved the enthusiasm and dedication of all the Yogis and Yoginis .
The excitement and zeal of everyone filled the atmosphere with so much energy that the Yogic practices and Meditation practices became spontaneous.

Glimpse of International Day of Yoga 2022

Early morning celebration started with Border Road Organisation (BRO) D.G. Mr. Rajeev Chaudhary and other officials. Loved the enthusiasm and dedication they showed during the session and afterwards.

Later on continued with our Apexian Yoga family. It is always an absolute pleasure teaching them something different from daily routine like Yoga Namaskar, Meditation, Different ways for Mantra Chanting. My best wishes for everyone’s physical, mental & emotional well-being.
