Favourite phrases of the instrumental part of this composition is a combination of vicarious pain we shared collectively through a cumulation of a very impactful storytelling.
But it has a lasting impression because these phrases have their own chords with our heart ❤️ tugging at those pockets of memories hiding unattended.

‘ Phir se’ from has been so haunting for so many reasons. One being its emotive excellence being at its peak with lyrics, music and performance.
As a healer and Coach, when I work with my clients, this part of embodiment of their emotions is so important for me to help them go through.

Just when you think you’ve healed…
it returns.

A song, a memory, a moment—
and suddenly, the heart feels it all over again.

Not as chaos…
but as a soft, unexpected ache.

And for a second you wonder—
“Why is this still here?”

But maybe…
some emotions are not meant to be erased.

They visit.
They pass through.
They remind you of how deeply you once felt.

This isn’t going backwards.
This is the tenderness of being human.

Where even after time…
the heart still remembers how to feel.

And there is a strange beauty in that—
that you can hold the pain now
without losing yourself in it.

So yes… phir se.
But this time,
with awareness…
with space…
with grace.

Call it the trickery or manipulation, people generally love to take advantage-if you allow them.
Allowing them when it doesn’t take away your honour is wisdom. Not allowing them to take advantage of you and you standing firmly for yourself and your honour is strength.
What one needs to fight for is all reflected in what is fair and what is unfair. And for this, a neutral pov to see both sides is essential.
