step2..cutting the excess bone around the crown of the tooth followed by clearing bone around the crown with a thin bur to preserve bone ..
step 3...odontotomy ,creating a bur slit in the crown to split the tooth ..
step 4 to move the crown into the bur space and remove it ..
step 5 mobilize the roots in the space and remove them ..
step6..irrigate and debride and close the wound ..
