A 65 yr male , non smoker presented with hoarseness ( constant) dyspnea on and off. Fibre optic laryngoscopy showed lobulated mass arising from ant. part of left true vocal fold with elongated connecting stalk.
MLS with video laryngoscope was done. Voice improved significantly, thre was no more breathing difficulty . Pt was discharged same day . HPE report awaited.

This was a very interesting case. She presented with hoarseness for around 6 months duration . FOL was done under topical (10% lignocain ) anaesthesia . Findings was only pooling of saliva in both PFS. Following procedure Pt was fine but after some time she developed cynosis, low spo2 finally ended in ICU and Pt was intubated .
Following detail investigation she was diagnosed to be a case of myesthenia gravis .
So friends this was a new experience for me .Pt recovered fully and extubated next day
