The low Back pain is a very common state with which many of us keep struggling with.
Stretching exercises for this part are very beneficial and help us to come back to our daily routine faster.
The most common forms of stretches are static and dynamic.

Static stretches involve holding a stretch in a comfortable position for a period of time, typically between 10 and 30 seconds.
Dynamic stretches are active movements that cause your muscles to stretch, but the stretch is not held in the end position.
Please note :
Use dynamic stretches before exercise to prepare your muscles.
Use static stretches after exercise to reduce your risk for injury.

But if there is awareness about the benefits it definitely gets easier to follow !!! Daily intake of water should be at least 6 to 8 glasses. Generally Ideal consumption for women is 2.7 ltrs and 3.2 ltrs for men. It can be smart if we can include our green tea,mint tea or may be less caffeine americano in this count. Consumption of water not only keeps all our vital organs working healthy but keeps our skin hydrated and we feel young . HIIT is popularly known as high intensity interval training where we take our heart rate up but the recovery time period are small between 2 exercises.
In cardio base we can include burpees,squat jumps push ups and many more where as a weight training session can also be a hiit session provided we keep the interval periods short.
HIIT is an excellent form of exercise to lose belly fat and torch calories.
For me this type of workout keeps your functional motor skills also very active.
I think one must try this type of workout but also choose a good place where they make sure that you do an injury free workout .
