💗 Pink (Normal): Healthy and hydrated — you're doing great!

🤍 White Coating: Could signal oral thrush, dehydration, or even leukoplakia. Time to check your water intake and oral hygiene.

🤍 Pale: Often linked to anemia or poor circulation. Are you getting enough iron?

🔴 Bright Red: Might mean vitamin B12 or iron deficiency, or in rare cases, conditions like Kawasaki disease.
