Either I am too disciplined or I mess EVERYTHING UP!

Do you relate with this thought?

Every week, I hear the same two stories.
One says, “I haven’t touched dessert in months — I’m being so disciplined.”

Food I loved this week!
Client successes this week that made my heart swell:

Bhavini’s neck & back muscles are relaxing, the knots are opening up & finally she will be pain free after years

Niketa has started loosing fat, her face has started showing the change too, she will be going heavier on workouts now onwards

Manjusha has gone 2 dress size down, her mother noticed the change on video call.

Jagpreet was able to eat healthy & walk 15k steps everyday despite being on a fun trip

Jaspal is back to her infectious energetic self & focusing on her event decorations business

Vaishnavi, an alumni of appeared on her 3rd podcast interview
