Eating Salads all day will help to lose Fat.

FACT:
Eating a lot of salad🥗 at a time maybe too much for your digestive system to handle. It can cause bloating, pain & severe discomfort😭

If your digestion is sensitive, excess fibre from raw salads can make you feel uncomfortable & gassy!

Also, Vegetables that are high in FODMAPs (fermentable carbs) are difficult to digest for people with food intolerance, IBS, or Celiac disease😱
