We thought to kickstart our blog again with a post of the infamous and our favorites . Though we were stuffed from lunch we decided to try our palate with their sundaes and it was a great choice. The decor is like no other cafe in Delhi-NCR and you instantly feel in a special cosy place which invites you again and again. Do try if you are near Saket and looking for a place to have lunch.

Experimenting with cooking led us to take a bold step and try at home. To tell you the truth after going through a lot of recipes we trusted our gut and went with the flow and we had a lot of fun while making this dish. And the experiment was a 100% success. Ordering from outside might take a backseat😉
The chicken was pre marinated for 4 hours before cooking. And the entire cooking time took more than 45 minutes. This resulted in a perfectly cooked chicken in a thick spicy gravy (a lot of tomatoes & onions were used)
The chicken was order from which was cleaned beforehand and came in an airtight packing. One of the best quality chicken I have tried to far. Recommend!

Last year on my birthday we decided to dine like kings and opted for as our lunch spot. The way to this place is through and you can ask anybody for the way
A renovated haveli with limited but luxurious rooms and the restaurant which serves in style this place is nothing less than an experience
You can see the magnificence & grandeur of this place as soon as you enter the . A small gate leads you to the reception and then another gate to the ground floor which houses the atrium & the restaurant. You have an option to sit in the atrium as well
The food was divine, you can feel the chef has experimented with ingredients while bringing to you the core essence of . This is was actual mughal cuisines would taste like
Charcoal flavored daal, rich gravy of makhni paneer and melting chicken in murgh k paarchey made this lunch affair a worth spend. We also tried the LIIT here & it was potent
After lunch we went for a stroll in the haveli, having 2 floors this place has the decor & furniture which will transport you back to the mughal era. Each ornate item is worth capturing and a delight to sore eyes
The rooftop has a magnificent view of and you will find a comfortable sitting for you to enjoy the high tea menu with sports such as kabootarbaazi on nearbuy terraces
All in all this luxury is worth experiencing once in a lifetime

We tried our hands at making a healthy version of noodles using wheat spaghetti and lots of veggies. The actual flavor to this dish was because of masala and sauces which made the taste authentic.
