A**l Fistula presents as a small swelling any where around the a**s. Some times pus or watery discharge can be seen oozing out along with mild pain. Some time symptoms subside for a duration but have tendency to recur. For a**l fistula modern medicine advises surgery, glue technique/ laser treatment/ VAFT/ MAFT etc. None of these treatments have been found satisfactory because of high incidences of recurrence. However in Ayurveda this disease can be successfully treated with out any adverse effect. Graded Kshar Sutra is the latest research product of S.A.R.I. With this addition, we have become the institute of choice for treating A**l Fistula patients.All types of A**l Fistula including complex high A**l Fistula and those cases where VAFT/ MAFT and colostomy has failed; are being treated successfully at this institute. So far Piles is concerned, this institute provides highly effective non surgical treatment. The Pile mass once ligated with Kshar Sutra gets automatically shed off with in a week or two. No hospitalization or bed rest is usually required. Fissure is characterized by acute pain while passing stool. In most of the cases usually surgery is recommended by modern medicine. How ever in Ayurveda, these fissures are healed without surgery using Ayurvedic Kshar Karma. So with the help of Ayurvedic Kshar Karma therapy; A**l fissure can be healed without surgery and the complications associated with surgery like stool incontinence (inability to hold stool due to over stretching of the a**l sphincter muscles); prolonged pain and hospitalization etc. Pilonidal Sinus usually seen as a small swelling in lower spinal region. It may be associated with some pain and discharges. People with hairy skin have a tendency to have this disease in young age. Usually surgery is advised to treat the patient of pilonidal sinus. However Surgery including Z-plasty is not suitable as it has high incidence of recurrence of disease. In Ayurveda, with the help of Kshar Sutra Pilonidal Sinus can be easily cured without surgery. No adverse effects are seen in this therapy. No hospitalization or bed rest is required during the treatment period.
