He has received his formal education from Bombay. After completing his MBBS from Lokmanya Tilak Medical College, Bombay he pursued and completed MS in General Surgery from Bombay Hospital in 2012. He cleared his Secondary DNB in General Surgery in 2015

He has received his formal education from Bombay. He has done MS and secondary DNB in General Surgery from Bombay Hospital. He is FELLOW OF NATIONAL BOARD (FNB) certified by the National Board of Examination after completion of 2 years of training in the field of minimal access, bariatric and robotic surgery at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital . .

He has been conferred upon the prestigious MRCS degree by the ROYAL COLLEGE OF SURGEONS OF ENGLAND. He is a member of International Federation for the Surgery of Obesity and Metabolic disorders (IFSO). He has received fellowship (FIAGES) from the Indian Association of Gastrointestinal Endo Surgeons.
