We are based in an indoor playing space in Safdarjung Enclave.
We run an overall development programme for (mainly) girls from 3-16 years in different age groups.
Our sports and fitness sessions are about guiding their physical fitness / capacity and getting them to be (more) aware of what they are capable of. Hence, it’s constantly merging physical ability with mental awareness.
Children get to learn / advance their skills at two team sports - football and basketball drills. We also organise challenging athletic circuits in every session.
Through sports we guide them to understand team dynamics - something which is a life skill for them.
We also emphasise on age-appropriate cardio and strength training drills.
The entire programme is designed keeping ‘fun’ at its core. And it is entirely bespoke.
Each age group has different times / days during the week.
