Daily Yoga Part of My Life
Yoga is a part of my life. By making daily yoga a part of my life and staying committed to my practice, I can experience the physical and mental benefits it offers and improves my overall well-being.
The best part is that for Yoga you do not need any specific equipment. The only thing required is a Yoga mat.
Incorporating yoga into your daily routine can have numerous benefits for your physical, mental, and emotional health. Yoga works to strengthen your body, increase flexibility, and improve stamina. But it's not just about the physical benefits - yoga also works on your inner body, helping to promote a healthy mind and soul. Remember, a healthy body equals a healthy mind. Start incorporating yoga into your life and experience the positive changes it can bring.
Life is a constant balance between what we have to do or what we want to do. Our likes and dislikes, the physical and spiritual Asana improves your physical balance on a physical level and develops stability. Yoga position helps to attain inner peace and provide emotional benefits.
Yoga is an ancient practice that can benefit the mind, body and soul. According to Ashtanga Yoga In eight limbs of yoga, I feel first three limbs are most imp for practitioner (Asana, pranayama, Dhyan) Consistent practice of yoga makes things different, Yoga puts your cells to rejuvenation, and you feel more energetics, enthusiastic, Young creative positive.
Asana makes you strong flexible and increases your stamina while some people think they should not practice yoga because it is for flexible people, but it is myth it is not meant for flexible people it is for everyone, if you are not flexible gradually you can gain flexibility with consistent practice.
Include stretching, forward bending, backward bending, twisting practice in your daily routine like 10 Asana (Tad asana, Trikon, Trikay tad asana, Pachaimothan asana Ardha Matsyendra asana Bhujang asana Shalabh Asana Nav Asana Pavan Mukta asana shavasana} practice daily and feel the difference.
Breathing Exercise (Pranayama)
Breathing exercise pranayama works on your respiratory system. It works as a detoxifier and heals your respiratory disorder and helps us tremendously in reducing stress and relaxing. The best thing about breathing exercise is they're easy to learn and can be practiced anywhere. They do improve the efficiency of lungs and also work for your mental health, practicing breathing brings more oxygen to your mind which help s to cure mental health with practicing pranayama, oxygen level increased in your whole body and also strengthen your good cells and remove dead cells from your body through breathing exercise. For example, practice, deep breathing exercise, Anuloma – Vilom, Bhramari pranayama on daily basis for 10 –15mins can make the difference.
Meditation
When we practice meditation, it works on parasympathetic system which helps in insomnia as well as your mental health, it can help reduce stress. For Example, keep your head up and spine erect, neck relaxed, focus on your breath naturally, do not apply any force, watch peacefully on your breath, initially practice 2-3 minutes, and then gradually increases the time. All spiritual practice is based on belief. Some people think Yoga is on religion base only Hindu can practice yoga, but yoga is all about union connection with yourself, others, and the universe. Breathing exercise and meditation work for inner well-being and for your mental peace.
