She has extensive experience in medical nutrition therapy and weight loss programs and has helped hundreds of patients across countries, professions and age groups to lose weight and reclaim their health, confidence and happiness. Dr. Mehak utilizes the latest research and most effective tools and methods to achieve results. She facilitates continuous communication with the client to monitor daily progress and motivation levels. She specializes in diets for Diabetes, Menopause, Kidney disease, Liver disease, Cardiac health, Thyroid disorder and PCOD.
