A common cause of obesity among teenagers all over the world is not knowing when to stop eating.
The idea of "clean eating" has taken such a place in everyone's life that having a burger today has to be called a "cheat meal".
I have talked to people who eat clean the whole week but completely lose it on the weekends. I call it a planned binge.
Giving yourself an excuse to binge is what gets you in the habit of doing it again and again.
I have written a blog on WEEKEND BINGING with the intention of putting it all out in the open for people who struggle with recognising it.
