Importance of COUNTER POSES in YOGA .
While doing yoga asanas for a longer time, it's important to do counter poses of specific asanas.
Why is it important?
It's important because holding for a longer time in a yoga pose creates a muscle or stretching pain in your body. So, after doing the counter poses it relieves muscular pain. Also to physically balance out our muscles, tissues and joints to avoid over-extension and return our bodies back to their natural state.ð§
