We are looking for an experienced Technical Operation Manager to lead and oversee all technical aspects of our facility management projects across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth ex*****on of day-to-day operations, compliance, and client satisfaction.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage site technical teams (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, DG, STP, etc.)
Ensure preventive & breakdown maintenance is carried out effectively
Handle AMC, vendor coordination, and SLA adherence
Conduct site audits and implement safety & compliance protocols
Prepare operation reports and manage documentation
Liaison with clients, ensuring timely issue resolution
Drive cost-effective, energy-efficient operational strategies
✅ Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
Proven experience in facility management (technical operations)
Strong knowledge of building systems and services (MEP, BMS, etc.)
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Familiar with CAFM tools and MS Office
