๐Ÿ“ŒPortion Size: Use the 1โ€“2โ€“3 Rule

* 1 palm = protein (dal 1 cup, paneer 60โ€“80g, chicken 100g)
* 2 cupped hands = vegetables
* 3 fingers = carbs (ยฝโ€“1 roti max per meal OR ยฝ cup rice)

๐Ÿ“ŒPlate Ratio: 40โ€“30โ€“30 Formula
* 40% vegetables
* 30% protein
* 30% carbs
Most Indian plates are 10โ€“70โ€“20, which makes hunger + fat storage easier.

๐Ÿ“ŒKnow Your Oil Calories

1 tablespoon = 120 kcal
Daily cooking generally uses 4โ€“5 tablespoons for a family.

This Diwali, we wanted to take that thought beyond our homes โ€” to those who quietly hold their families together, often with little support and immense strength.
