For each person, the level of disturbance and the type of disturbance that happens in each system is very different. Angamardana means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs, and other parts of the body. It's a fitness system rooted in yoga, helps you to reach your peak physical and mental health. True to its name, Angamardana revitalizes the body on all levels including the muscles, circulatory system, skeletal structure, nervous system, and the basic energy system. It needs no fitness equipment and uses only the body and can be practiced anywhere, even during travel.
If strength and resilience are what you are looking for, you need to strengthen the fundamental fabric of the body. This is what Angamardana does. 1 Keep your phones & wifi off during Sadhana

2 Empty your Bowel - No bu****it inside

3 Take a cold shower before you do your Sadhana

4 Increase awareness about your body

5 Get your postures corrected at least once in every quarter

6 Have pranic food like Ash Gourd, Nuts, Greens and Veggies

7 Wear organic clothes, best if you can wear silk, Linen & Cotton

8 Do presence time at 6:20PM every day and attend Sadhguru Satsang whenever it happen
