SoulUp is running a 3-session group for those living with visual and/ locomotor disabilities. The focus is on understanding our emotions around different types of inaccessibility and how to cope better.

The discussions are being facilitated by Shivangi Anil, an accomplished therapist who herself is quadriplegic and specialises in working with disability.
