Patanjali reminds us that Asana is not about how far we bend or how long we hold. It’s about how effortlessly we live—with steadiness (Sthira) and joy (Sukha), both on the mat and through the chaos of life.
When effort softens, breath steadies, and presence deepens... that’s where true asana begins.
