Screen time limits for kids change as they grow and it doesnt have to be reserved for just cartoon
So here are few screen time ideas that invite learning, movement, and creativity.
1. Book reading - alouds and audiobooks
2. Documentaries or nature videos for kids
3. Kids yoga and movement
4. Draw - with - me videos
Many of these options are available for free on youtube, but I always recommend pre-screening episodes and co-watching with your kids whenever possible.
I hope you find these options helpful! Do you have any other ideas for screen time that aren't cartoons? Share it in comments below

1950s cartoon were slow.
Long scenes
One storyline
Soft music
Time to think
Today's cartoon are fast
Rapid cuts
Constant Movement
Bright stimulation every second
And we wonder why children struggle to focus.
This is not about nostaligia or blaming screens
It is about understanding how attention is shaped.
A developing brain learns how to focus by practising focus.
When everything moves fastt, the brain adapts to speed, not depth.
This is why enrichment matters.
Slowing thinking down
Building attention
Teaching children how to stay with an idea instead of jumping to next one.

βοΈ Handwriting improve hoti hai jab STROKE sahi hota hai.
Sirf zyada likhne se handwriting better nahi hoti.
Asli improvement aati hai correct writing stroke pattern se.
Is reel me aap dekh rahe ho:
βοΈ Letter banane ka sahi direction
βοΈ Start & end point ki clarity
βοΈ Smooth, controlled movement
βοΈ Uniform letters without pressure
Jab bachcha galat stroke se likhta hai:
β Writing messy hoti hai
β Speed aur confidence kam hota hai
β Haath jaldi thak jata hai
Aur jab correct stroke pattern follow hota hai:
β Handwriting naturally neat hoti hai
β Flow better hota hai
β Learning enjoyable ban jaati hai π±
π‘ Parents ke liye tip:
Bachche ko baar-baar correct karna nahi,
pehle stroke pattern sikhana zaroori hai.
Agar aapka bachcha:
β’ Letters ulte stroke se likhta hai
β’ Size maintain nahi kar pata
β’ Writing me avoid karta hai
Therapy Tips:
1. Choose ball size & weight according to childβs age and strength
2. Start with two-handed throws, then progress to variations
3. Use clear visual targets (basket, wall mark)
4. Always ensure safe space and supervision

We believe in the philosophy a FRIEND that helps you value yourself, we always try to be that friend of your child. While working on this philosophy we try not to burden the child. As we use play BASED therapy to communicate with the child, which is the best way to make a child learn easily and quickly.
β
We become a MENTOR that lets a child find their own lens of the world, GUIDE that recognises and helps them overcome their struggles. We help diversify the way a Child's mind works and process the world around them.
We also Help them discover and celebrate their unique perspectives at the same time enabling them with tools to be an active part of their world as well as their understanding of the world around them.
β
β
We also acknowledge a parentβs concern regarding their Childs therapy and wellbeing. Hence, we endeavour to educate, train parents and allow them to observe their Childs sessions, so that they can equip themselves to take care of their Childs therapy needs at home. Simultaneously, we conduct parent meetings and workshops on a monthly basis (or as and when required) in which we address their feedbacks, concerns and give the parents an update regarding the current and future goals, plan and progress of their child. OUR AIM IS TO PROVIDE PARENTS WITH HONEST GUIDANCE TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR CHILD WELLBEING AND PLAN THEIR FUTURE IN A BETTER WAY.
