Have Insomnia? Try these simple tips:
1. Have Buffalo milk with raw Turmeric.
2. Have 1-2 pieces of Dark Chocolate

Both of them help to increase melatonin that helps to induce sleep.
3. Do Brahmari Pranayama 5-10 mins before sleeping. Switch off the lights and make sure there is no noise in the room.

Keep your gadgets aside atleast half an hour before sleeping. This prepares your body and mind to relax and induce sleep.

Ghee is a superfood that should be included in one's diet.
It is very good for memory, makes our bones stronger, increases our metabolism so eventually helps in weight loss( if portion size is controlled) and also alleviate our digestion.

Have 1 spoon of Ghee daily. So how to have it?
- Never cook it. Always put it on your roti/parantha, daal or rice/Khichdi.
- Roast your parantha on Tawa without putting oil and then top it with ghee to get the best results.

Which oils are good for health? This is the most asked question by all my clients so below are the best oils to be used for Indian cooking:
1. Mustard oil: Always use cold-pressed or kachi dhani oil for cooking/frying. You can also use cold pressed coconut oil/ sesame oil/ ground nut oil/oilve oil.
2. Virgin Olive oil needs to be used as salads and dressings and not for cooking.
3. Ghee: Ghee is a superfood in Ayurveda which helps in digestion and enhances metabolism. Have one spoon ghee daily if you do not suffer from cholesterol or any other heart problem.

Milk Tea or Green tea which is better?

1. Milk Tea is acidic in nature so consuming it empty stomach increases the acid in the stomach resulting in gas or bloating.
2. Green tea or black tea is anti oxidant rich so it helps in your gut health thus improving your digestion.

Suffering from UTI (Urinary Tract Infection)? Follow these simple steps to help alleviate the pain:
1. Drink Cranberry juice.
2. Increase more probiotics such as curd and buttermilk in your diet.
3. Avoid breads, cakes, muffins and other bakery products as they contain yeast that aggravates the situation.

Top ways to prevent muscle cramps:
1. Drink atleast 2-3 liters of water daily as dehydration is the main cause of muscle cramps.
2. Magnesium deficiency: Increase the intake of magnesium rich foods like spinach and Beetroot.

Tip: Include chickpeas salad along with beetroot as chickpeas are rich in Vitamin B6 which helps to absorp magnesium better.
3. Have a banana daily. Bananas are a superfood and very good source of magnesium.

What is the best time to eat fruits? This is a very interesting topic as most people are confused as to when they should have fruits. Let's clear the confusion.
1. Have fruits empty stomach: Fruits should be made the first meal of your day. This helps in more nutrient absorption.
2. Have it as a snack: Having fruits in between meals helps to curb hunger pranks.

DO NOT combine fruits with your meals as it does not allow the body to absorb it's nutrients.
