What have we learnt so far

RT PCR test is *not* always Positive in Corona patients
If you are suspecting Corona but RTPCR is negative assume patient is positive and treat

Get following investigations
CBC
LFT
CRP
S Ferritin
D Dimer
LDH
If any of above two markers are high showing inflammation it goes in favour of Corona
In that case go for CT scan of Chest
This is much better diagnostic test in any doubt

Peripheral lesions
Ground Glass Haziness
Consolidation patches
Reverse Halosign
Vaculation sign
Air Bronchograms
Prominent Pulmonary Vessels
Crazy Pavement Patterns on CT-SCAN all go in favour of Corona

There are case reports where CT scan showed all these features while PCR was negative on 4 consecutive times

*TAKE HOME MESSAGE*

Clinical Features ,Serum Markers and CT scan of Chest are much better diagnostic tools than depending on PCR test
Other thing Corona is not a lung disease
It is a hyper inflammation Vasculitis
Treatment is Anti coagulants and immune suprresants
Anti Virals even Remdesiver has not shown to reduce mortality
They only shorten hospital stay
Starting treatment early even with Ivermectin and Doxycycline, followed by LMWH and dexamethasone at right time can reduce need of Remdesiver and Tocilizumab

There are papers that Sirolimus with dexamethasone given early day 5 or6 can prevent many complications as Cytokine Strom Syndrome
Anticoagulants may need to be given for 3weeks or more.
People are developing Myocardial infarctions, Stroke , etc few weeks after Corona infection
Usually it is because of Thromboembolic phenomenon
