Instant stir fried Veggies packed with Nutrients & Antioxidants . Cooking time 10 Mins.
Serving : For three
Ingredients : Handful of Beans & Peas, Cauliflower, Brocolli & Cabbage, Two medium sized Carrots, One Red Capsicum, freshly chopped Spinach.
4-5 Garlic freshly chopped
Salt , Pepper & Oregano to taste.
Olive oil 2 Tbsps
Handful of Walnuts
Recipe:
Stir fry the garlic on low to medium flame .
Add Beans , Peas, Carrots, Cauliflower and cook them for 5mins , add Cabbage & Capsicum, cook for another 5 mins on high flame, add salt, pepper & oregano flakes followed by Spinach leaves. Stir fry for a few secs and serve the stir fried with a Bowl of Brown Rice.
