We Are Hiring | Customer Care Executive
YMC is looking for passionate and skilled professionals to join our team as Customer Care Executive. If you have the drive to excel in customer service and the right experience, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Skills Required:
2-3 years of experience (Pharma background mandatory)
Strong knowledge of the Pharma sector
Proficiency in Advanced Excel & CRM tools
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth workflow and operational support
Manage and process customer sales orders, quotations, and CRM records
Follow up with customers on quotations, payments, and orders
Collaborate with logistics, accounts, and finance teams
Handle customer inquiries effectively and provide solutions
Assist in marketing activities & lead follow-ups
Prepare reports using Advanced Excel
Location: Noida, Sector-2
Salary: As per company standards
