Here’s a list of things you can practice to deepen your bond with your baby in the womb:

Doing Some Lamaze, yoga and gentle 🧘🏻‍♀️🧘‍♂️stretches rocks the baby in womb & secretes happy hormones.

Singing to the baby & listening to ragas, meditation sounds.🎼

Reading out knowledge books like Gita, 📚 Ramayana etc..

Talking to the baby about your feelings, your day etc.. ( Talk as if you are talking to another family member)👨🏻‍🍼🧑‍🍼

Meditation (Vibrations generated through meditation connects the mother and baby to a very deep yet subtle level & reduces cortisol levels in body)🧚🏻‍♂️👼🏻
