त्राटक योग के लाभ-
त्राटक योग मुख्य रूप से एकग्रता शक्ति को बढ़ने में बेहद प्रभावी माना जाता है, लेकिन इसके अन्य शारीरिक एवं मानसिक लाभ भी हैं, जैसे -

1- यह आंखों को शुद्ध करता है और एक बिंदु पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने के लिए व्यायाम करके आंखों की मांसपेशियों को मजबूत कर सकता है.
2- इस योग के नियमित अभ्यास से निकट दृष्टि दोष को ठीक किया जा सकता है.
3- त्राटक योग दृष्टि, एकाग्रता और स्मृति में सुधार करता है, इसलिए स्कूली बच्चों को इस योग का अभ्यास जरूर करना चाहिए.
4- त्राटक योग के जरिए नींद से संबंधित विकारों, जैसे- सिरदर्द, अनिद्रा व बुरे सपने आदि को भी ठीक किया जा सकता है.
