Metro College of Nursing (MCN), Greater Noida launched the Nurse Practitioner in Critical Care (NPCC) postgraduate residency program, welcoming its first batch of 2025.

Under the aegis of Dr. Purshotam Lal, Chairman – Metro Group of Hospitals, Metro College of Nursing is now amongst the leading and very few institutions of the country to offer the NPCC programme, joining a select group of about 30 colleges across India.

About the Program
• Two-year postgraduate residency
• 80% clinical training, 20% classroom learning
• Recognised by the Indian Nursing Council (INC) and affiliated with ABVMU, U.P.

The program equips nurses with structured skills to support ICU doctors, bridge the nurse–doctor gap, and strengthen critical care delivery in India.
