Some qualities of Pooja I really like, and want to share with you all that she is very punctual and disciplined. Bhai.. she is always first to join the class and till date no one else has been able to break her record😬 If class timing is 8:30am, I always got joining request from Pooja at sharp 8:30 not 8:31😀 or before that..rarely after that.
Really it is hard to be disciplined and Kudos to you for that👏 (I respect those people a lot who respect TIME)
Apart from that she always try to learn new movement/ exercise. Don't give up easily. I am observing Pooja now you understand and listen your body much better than before.

Myth about Spinach

A big myth revolves around a very healthy green leafy vegetable is that it causes kidney stones and the vegetable is none another than spinach. If you are also in this fallacy that eating this healthy green leafy vegetable can cause kidney stone than you are mistaken.

Spinach is a very good source of iron and calcium and it will make you healthy from all aspects. But, if we talk about the central connection which created this belief about spinach is due to presence of oxalic acid. It helps in binding iron and calcium present in spinach and creates crystal. These crystals can cause stones if the spinach is consumed everytime in the raw form, might be only in the people with genetic history of kidney stones or people who drink less water and have high concentrated urine issue..so patients with calcium oxalate kidney stones should avoid overdoing it with this veggie.

When spinach is cooked properly than it is healthy in every prospect. Raw spinach has its own benefits. It contains many micronutrients which get reduced after cooking. So enjoy your delicious spinach meals in the moderate form to stay healthy and fit.
