35 years old female patient presented with alleged consumption of paracetamol tablet (around 12-15) on 08/09/22 morning.She was intubated in our ED for airway protection
GCS score was - E1V1M1.
She was found to have no reflexes and her pupils are not reacting to light.Her CT brain was done, An initial diagnosis of hypoxic encephalopathy was made, she was on ventilator and low dose vasopressor support under supervision of Dr.Sk singh, after 9 days she started responding, her GCS score was improving.. patient was planned for extubation after seeing all the vitals on 19/09/22.

We are very proud to share she was being discharged in completely hemodynamically stable condition after 15 days..

42 years old female patient admitted with the complain of abdominal pain and distention since 2 years.Abdominal CT SCAN Shows large abdomino- Pelvic complex cystic lesion measuring (21.2x15.5) cm - high grade ovarian neoplasm?
CA 125 marker - 391 U /mL
Laparotomy ( TAH + BSO + INFRACHOLIC OMENECTOMY) done under spinal Anaesthesia by Dr.Sharmistha Banerjee..
Sample sent for HPE
Patient discharged with hemodynamically stable condition
